Sun-Eye 05:37
Sun-Eye. Oh my love take my hand, and we're swaying like the sea, drifting like the sea. On the rocks 3 seals lie like a wreath and the gulls twist o'er the sea. They wheel over the sea. All that scares you has been laid to rest. Each moment reaches out for the others. And the sun up in the sky looks down like an eye .And we see....Like a gentle mother's eye, winks down from the sky. And we see.... Tree branches held up high make a puzzle for the sky, a puzzle for the sky. And power lines stretched out tight hold the gully to hillside , the valley to hillside....
2.
Bright Empty Blue. Crystal sand sweeping through the beds of the wee green brain-shaped seaweed heads. Shimmering shafts on the sandstone ride with the rhythm of the rockin, rolling tide. The sun's rotating fiber lights the dark world of the cockabully race. Descending without any breath to lie in this wet cradle place. Calling out into that bright empty blue. We'll go into that bright empty blue. The tire salesman and the checkout girl lying in the sand in a warm embrace. She said 'I got first dibs playing guitar at a Waldronville stock car race. A summer of Sundays seeps into the ground, all of the dairy's have been shut down. Living off the fumes of the coffee factory. And blackbirds sing in the ufo trees. Calling out...... And she said “Rest in your peace, the peace in your heart , the heart that's your home, the home where you roam, darling rest here”
3.
Out with the Tide. She finished polishing marble in the temple of the money machines. She rode home along the old coast road, saw faces in the headlight beams. She said 'let's go out tonight , and watch the grit trucks slide on the ice. I'm celebrating loosing my job, I'm finished with budget advice”. Well her mother was a medium down in Gore, where they'd hidden all the gods behind the billboards. She wants behind that veil, She couldn't wait to sail off to see Love that day, stole a row boat out on company bay. And my she fades away, my love couldn't make her stay. And now she's lying in the midden of a dream. She's on a Silver Throne. And now I'm hanging on the end of this line, she's going out with the tide. Now silver tide is a mirror, silver tide a lens, silver tide her mother, silver tide her friend. Well, they dug for gold there in Progress Valley, all they found was a bucket of nails. They put a big hole there in Progress Valley and it filled with rain and hail.......

Grass Spoke 04:20
Grass Spoke. If I took you to the hot pools would you be my sparring partner. Just you and me and some cheap Chablis and a little bubbling water. Got a bottle of demi-sec off an old dyslexic vintner and here on every label there's a hint from Harold Pinter.... Funny how the mist is flowing off of Rakioura. See the seals below the cliffs, they're calling to the trawlers. Reminds me of the sailors in their lonely engine room., listening to the rhythm of the pistons as they boom. This grass spoke volumes as it swayed. How I wish I wish I had another wish to lean on. Rains hung on the crescent moon and the mist hung low in the gloaming. Rain dropped off the cabbage trees and the tentacles were flowing. Rain dropped of waistcoat as McKay picked up the pace, stumbled on a sheep track, landed out in space....

Hawk Over the Sea. I am the hawk over the sea. But there's no mouse down in the waves. Not in the thin white crest. Not in the long black veil. I'll see you down at the show. In this old clown suit there's a ghost. Ghost audience ( ghost audience). Rolling around in the show.....
8.
Crows Sitting Round. Followed this road, followed it down, Moving so close to the ground, feeling so low, whispering sound. Hold me , hold me back... Followed this road, it's cold and it's hard. Birds on the , crows sitting round. Blizzard of flies and horses all scared. Hold me , hold me back... Traveling low, shady glen. I'm watching you drifting away your . Your worlds are sweet like sugar cane. And from the bush the Tui's call down there low. Hold me back... Whining low. Midnight train......
9.
Uncharted World There's that old shape shifter. Call him back, he's heading for the door. You know his hearts like a hollow log rolling on a marble floor. Huhu grubs and tinsel worms have made a home inside. There's a cloud across the moon, a dark barbarian town. And it rolls down. And it falls down. I heard a cheerful, a hopeful tune ringing across these hills. Is that your lovely voice hold still. I want your eyes to shine. I have a deafness ,an iron lung , holding on my voice. All this confusion will call us back, heading down by choice to a doubtful holy law. You know she loves you ,Elijah. She wants you on golden sun beams. She offers you dust. That's when we're rolling the plans to our head stolen. Uncharted world, uncharted world.....
